If we say our Spring Organic High Mountain Baimudan is an elegant 18 young lady, this 2008 Spring Private Collection Aged White Tea would be a wise woman who went through much. After over a decade of aging, the fresh bud sweetness and leaf have transformed and turned into a mature blend of malty and mineral which are just like the fallen autumn leaf which nurture the new spring but instead , it nurtures our soul. We name it Autumn Soup.
Rather than highly floral and fragrant , it gives a taste which is much more refined. The mellow mineral burst out finish with hint of floral while the mixture of both linger in mouth.
