This Dong Ding is light to medium degree roasted. While our 2019 Autumn Premium Dong Ding Oolong - Nutty Milk give out a strong nutty and caramelised sweetness, this tea carries a stronger roasted & charcoal note. Meanwhile the nuttiness and caramelised sweetness are well balanced with the intoxicating charcoal fragrance.
After sipped, the rich roastiness comes out ( not a burst but emerges out slowly and lingers). Then followed by the lovely milky note and finishes with the combination of the floral note and light bittersweetness.
