Shipping Policy

We offer Free International Shipping on all orders over USD$70.

 

All orders ship via Air Mail (EC Shipping).  For orders under USD $70, we offer a flat rate of USD $9.

All shipments originate from Hong Kong.  Your order will be ready to ship in 2 - 3 business days. Once shipped, orders typically take 10 - 12 business days to reach their destination.

(Due to Covid-19, currently will take 16 - 18 business day to arrive in USA , Canada & Europe)

Or you can choose Air Express Service , rate of USD $ 15 , which will take about 6 - 8 business days to reach their destination. 

(Due to Covid-19, currently will take 8 - 10 business day to arrive in USA , Canada & Europe)

You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by an email with the shipping information.

Countries that ship via Air-Express include : 

 

  • North America:  USA, Canada (8-10 business days)

  • South America:  Brazil , Mexico (10-14 business days)

  • Europe:  UK, Portugal, Belgium, Norway, Ireland, Russia, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany,      France, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Denmark ( 10-14 business days )

  • Asia:  South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia,                 Turkey, Israel ( 10-12 business days )      

  • Oceania:  Australia, New Zealand ( 10-12 business days )      

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  If your order has not arrived after a significant amount of time (over 1 month), please let us know and we will investigate or re-send if necessary.

Countries not listed above will be shipped via EC Shipping for a flat rate of USD $10 (arriving in 2-3 weeks)  or Air Express Service for a flat rate of  rate of USD $ 15 (8 - 10 working days). The time depends on the country. You can always contact us for verification before checkout. 

Domestic orders are USD $3 for Hong Kong & USD $6 for China via Shun Feng and should arrive within 2-3 days. If you require domestic shipping, please ensure that your address is provided in Chinese characters.

Currency & Tax

All prices are in USD except otherwise stated.

Buyer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duty that may be applied after shipping in their home country. (Please feel free to contact us for  a TAX FREE Shipping PACKAGE)

Return & Refund Policy

RETURN

At Craftedleaf, we really want you to be completely satisfied with both our products and our service to you. We only sell teas that we ourselves drink and so are confident that you will like whatever you buy from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with anything that you've bought with us, you can return it to us within 15 days. Clients are responsible for the returning shipping cost. Once we've received the returned item, we will either give you a refund or exchange it for another item at you request.  If 15 days have gone by since your receiving of the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where Returns are not granted:

  • Tea Products are not eligible for Return due to Hygiene Concern. Half of the Payment will be Refunded instead.

  • Without Photos evidence  for any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts.

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after receiving the delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Shipping Cost Paid in the Order is not eligible for Refund.

  • 15 Days after Items was received by customers is not eligible for Refund.

  • Cases Without Photos evidence to show unsatisfactory / damaged items is not eligible for Refund.
