This Spring picking is a unique harvest from a biodiverse mountaintop in Fuding. It is picked before rain in spring. This "White Dew" white tea is deep, rich with big florals sweetness. The sweet clover-like flavor with a very refined honey or cream texture marks the signature of High Mountain Baimudan.
This year harvast is sweeter than last year, thanks to the prolong dry season which allow the flavor and mineral to be stored up in the buds and leaves.This refined and elegant brew is a beautiful expression of both the land and the precise, demanding craftsmanship of the humble Fuding tea farmers.
