Oolong Tea
The 2026 Spring Narcissus Phoenix Dancong Oolong – Water Lily embodies the elegance of Phoenix Mountain’s spring harvest. This varietal is renowned for its graceful floral fragrance, reminiscent of blooming water lilies, balanced with soft honey notes and a refreshing mineral undertone.
Its liquor glows clear golden amber, smooth and rounded on the palate, with a lingering floral sweetness that evokes tranquil spring waters. Each infusion reveals new layers — from delicate blossoms to subtle fruit hints.
