This white tea cake is made of Top Grade of Gong Mei tea leaves from wild arbor in Fuding from altitude about 1600 m which is the same location as our 2018 King Baimudan White Tea Cake - Green Waffle This is a small cake of about 200g which is perfect for tea session at office or travel.
This cake is pressed into a waffle shape which allows people to tear off a small piece of tea easily. Each piece is good enough for a gong fu session. This tea cake is still young a fresh, at the early stage of transformation. It gives a very smooth texture and with burst of honey note in mouth when sip. The mineral fragrance would linger in mouth and end with a slight bittersweet after swallowing.
