This white tea cake is made of Baimudan Grade tea leaves from wild arbor in Fuding from altitude about 1600 m which is the same location as our 2008 Fuding Wild Tree Aged White Tea (Shou Mei) Cake. It is made of 2017 raw leaves and compressed in 2018.
This cake is created in a small village in Fuding. A tea cake studio of about 3 workers only. Grandmom , Father & Son. They only make Baimudan Grade Tea cake and they insist one doing this for about 80 years. What we like most about their tea is it is that all the raw leaves are from wild tea trees in an untouched natural environment. Like many other white tea, the tea is very soothing, like sweet and medium to high floral note. It keeps our mind calm and relax our body after drinking.
