The raw leaves for this white tea cake were picked in one of the core areas of white tea production in Tai Mu Mount. Fuding in 2010. This cake is no ordinary aged white can be found else where. It comprises of big leaves only.
Despite it containes large leaves only,the liquid is very clear, sweet. It is not like floral as baimudan or mellow sweet as gong mei. Instead, it is like a sugar cane juice, extremely refreshing. We are very curious to know how it will transform along time as trhis is also the first time for us to have this kind of white.
