All these combines to gives a high floral note with a well balance mix of mineral , floral & vegetal. Upon drinking, the high floral notes of fresh baimudanfirst bursts out then followed by a light vegetal and mineral rich flavour. The sweet clover-like flavor with a very refined honey or cream texture marks the signature of High Mountain Baimudan.This refined and elegant brew is a beautiful expression of both the land and the precise, demanding craftsmanship of the humble Fuding tea farmers.
