This Bilochun went through the labor intensive process of hand-twisting. Careful curling and twisting the leaves under gentle heat to lock in the most sweetness possible. This brings out the best balance of sweet fruity aromatics and the rich, crisp roasted bean flavor of fresh spring harvest tea.  500 g of Bi Luo Chun tea is made from around 60-70 thousands tender buds. 
 
A plantation growing Bi Luo Chun is amazing to visit, with the tea plants mixed in among a variety of fragrant fruit trees to give the tea its natural fruity aroma and taste. When sip, a sweet vegetal tone with hint of orchid floral taste burst in the mouth and followed by a refreshing and brisk fried bean lingering sweet aftertaste
