Green Tea
Bamboo leaf green tea belongs to the green tea among the six major teas in my country and is produced in Mount Emei, Sichuan (四川峨眉山。). Bamboo leaf green tea is picked in the spring of each year. The standard is a new leaf with one bud and one leaf. The picked original leaves are made into bamboo leaf green tea after finishing, rolling, and baking.
The shape is flat and straight like bamboo leaves, the color is tender and green and oily; the soup color is bright yellow and green, and the bottom of the leaf is light green and tender. As it is comprised of mainly buds, the tea is silky smooth filled with refreshing bud sweetness and light vegetal. It gives an elegant orchid floral note with wild umami & nuttiness.
It gives a very eye catching buds dance up and down the water during steeping!!
