Spring First Flush Organic Anji Bai Cha - Fake White

As many people mistaken it as a white teas. Since Bai cha literally means White tea in Chinese. We therefore name it "Fake White" . This spring-picked first flush Anji Bai Cha comprises of mainly single buds and produced in Xinyang County of the Henan province. An Ji Bai Cha harvest area is now a protected. Only the leaves picked within destinated area can be considered as An Ji Bai Cha.This tea is certified organic by China Organic Product. Anji Bai Cha is a treasure of refinement visible in the sight of its beautiful silver threadlike leaves, resembling pine needles.
In the infusion they blossom to provide a liquor of a translucent jade hue. In the first steep, sweet and tangy flavors are enhanced by vegetal notes, light fried bean and orchid flavours. In the seond and third steeps, the floral taste becomes more dominant and it finishes with a surprising burst of mango sweetness that lingers afterwards and then deepens in later steeps.
This beautiful tea provides a superb retreat from the troubles of life or simply a moment of relaxation on a clear afternoon.
