This Spring picking is a unique harvest from a untouched biodiverse mountaintop in Fuding. It comes from the same asrea as our Spring Pre Ching Ming Organic Premium Fuding Silver Needle. It is picked before rain in spring in the altitude of 1300m.
Comparing with the Pre Ching Ming Silver Needle, this Green Needle is richer in mineral notes and its taste is between baimudan and shou mei. It has the mineral note of shou mei and meanwhile its floral note remind us of the elegant baimudan. More interesting is the signature sweet bud taste of siler needle.
This refined and elegant brew is a beautiful expression of both the land and the precise, demanding craftsmanship of the humble Fuding tea farmers.
