This tea is produced by a small Tea Farm named Tai Cheing Tea Farm in the Langshan Mountain in Menghai in 2006. These batch of cake is produced with leaves in the same area sharing the same habit. Only 1000 cakes of this batch produced.
Premium raw tea leaves were used to create this cake. The whole tea cake is made of the golden buds and large leaves. The buds gives a very smooth liquid with a lovely thickness and the strong bittersweet and great umami comes from the raw leaves. It starts and end with the signature strong as if Ban Zhang Bittersweetness. The mature ban zhang flavours lingers very long in mouth for hours.
