2021 Menghai Brown Mount. Zijuan Puerh - Purple Leaf
This raw puerh comes in loose leaves. The leaves are picked from aged arbor tree aged around 30-40 years old. It is cultivated from the traditional Yunnan Pu-erh, but a mutated species with unique bright 'purple leaves'.
Zijuan Pu-erh's brew is light and slightly bitter at the start, before its refreshing Huigan (bittersweet) appears. It is also more potent in its health benefits especially beneficial as a strong anti-oxident. It can go well for 6-7 steepings.
