2020 Stuffed Bamboo Old Arbor Naka Raw Puerh
This Stuff Bamboo Puerh is made of Grade 1 A tea leaves from wild arbor in Na Ka in 2020 and pressed into a bamboo.
Each comes in a solid 500g. What makes a stuff bamboo puerh different from other puerh cake is the puerh leaves would absorb the scent of bamboo slowly along time.
How to take out the puerh stuffed inside? Need to break the bamboo?
The answer is : There is an opening on the bamboo as shown and we just need to stick the puerh knife at a point and push the puerh inside. It takes some effort but the reward is tempting.
This Naka is one of my favourite (Karl). Its bittersweetness is top tier. Strong, overwhelming the second you seep but transformed into very long lasting sweetness at throat. The flavor lingers on palate for quite a while. It comes in a light fruity , medium mineral and camphor together with a rich bittersweet. This is for tea friends who have particular preference for bittersweetness.
This bamboo puerh is still young , we are looking forward to how it transformed in the bamboo in the coming 10 years. It is interesting to do a comparison with our 2005 Stuffed Bamboo Brown Mountain Ripe Puerh
