War Horse Jianshui Zitao Black Clay Gaiwan ( 150 ml )
 
This black War Horse Jianshui Zitao Black Clay Gaiwan is made from 100% Jianshui black clay. Purple clay ("zitao" in Chinese) has actually five colors: purple, red, white, yellow and green. And this gaiwan is made from naturally occurring rough black clay and gives a wild sensation when pouring and the subtle glaze radiating. 
 
It holds approximately 130ml (+/- 5ml) of liquid. As this is made from unglazed Jianshui clay, therefore it's easier for the pot to gradually absorb the flavor of the tea that you use it for. We recommend designating it for a specific type of tea as how we do with yixing teawares.
