This Guava Island Gaiwan was handpainted by the artists we met of a studio in Jingdezhen. It is made of high quality rough clay and high-fired at 1330 degree Cel. The gaiwan features juicy guava ripen in the bloom of flowers. They makes a perfect pair as the warm welcome of the summer and may make the teas as sweet as guava.
 
While these gaiwans retain the same balanced feel in the hands and shape. This batch of gaiwans are made from a finer white clay（瓷), more similar to porcelain. This results in a smoother overall appearance without any iron spots or carbon trappings.
