Premium raw tea leaves were used to create this cake. The whole tea cake is made of the golden buds and large leaves. The buds gives a very smooth liquid with a lovely thickness and the strong bittersweet and great umami comes from the raw leaves. It starts and end with the signature strong Ban Zhang Bittersweetness. The mature ban zhang flavours lingers very long in mouth for hours.
