This raw puerh cake is of 400g. It is made of tea leaf from wild aged arbor at altitude 1500 meter deep in the forest in Menghai area and stored in dry area.
The tea gives a good mix of umami and light woodiness. It then ends with a light camphor blending well with medium bittersweetness. This is a cake for drinks who adore the stimulation of strong bitterness. Creating a very well mix of flavours lingers in mouth , just like a harmony.
