This white tea cake is made of Shou Mei Grade tea leaves from wild arbor in Fuding from altitude about 1300 m. It is a whole 1000g tea brick.
Its name suggests that this cake gives a rich mineral and light earthy note followed by a delightful berry & tart aftertaste. It goes very well in boiling pot which you can boil up the leaves in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. The whole room would be filled up with the lovely aged dried berry and herbal note. This can truely release the lovely mineral & autumn leaf note in the leaf.
