Crab Claw grows in Jingmai Tea tree forest.Crab Claw (螃蟹脚) is exactly what the local call it. It is a vegetation grow on the Tea Tree which untouched by any human chemicals. It gives a sweet and refreshing tea liquid as if it sucks out all the sweetness from the tea tree.
It gives a good blend of raw puerh umami and Jingmai Tea signature sweetness. Its texture is surprising thick and as if having aloe juice. Very refreshing with ice during hot days.
