Phoenix Mountain Stone Pressed Dancong Mini Cakes
 
Finally we are able to launch this project. Rachel's family used to produce our high quality dancongs loose leaf teas.  It took us great effort to persuade our family to create these dancong mini cakes. It was very challenging as we need to maintain the oolong quality (taste, integrity of the leaf, texture etc.) while compressing them into a mini cakes.
 
Each mini cake weighs about 5-6 g and can last for 7-8 steeps
