2010 Spring Bing Tao Gushu Bamboo Ripe Puerh

This mini bamboo ripe puerh is made of Ancient Tree of about 120-140 years old in Bing Tao. We choose this as the signature sugary sweetness of Bing Tao puerh combines very well with the fragrance of the bamboo. Each comes in net 8-10 g tea.

Nutty and mellow, comes with a light dark chocolate + caramel sweetness and a refershing bamboo fragrance.

Friends who have been to Xishuang Banna , Yunnan know that people in Banna have the habit of eating bamboo rice. Bamboo itself has a fresh and elegant fragrance. Putting the tea in the bamboo tube not only gave the tea fragrance, but also made the tea more fragrant. What's more unexpected was that the later transformation effect of the tea was better. This is more suitable for the long-term preservation of Pu'er tea. After long-term storage, the bamboo fragrance gradually penetrates into the tea, bringing a unique fragrance to the tea.

1. Put fresh leaves in a steamer, stack glutinous rice at the bottom, and steam for about 15 minutes.

2. After the tea has softened and fully absorbs the aroma of glutinous rice, put it in a bamboo tube and slowly roast it dry;

3. The one bud, two and three leaves of the tea are finished in an iron pot, twisted, and then put into the fragrant bamboo.

The bamboo fragrant tea made in this way has the thick fragrance of tea leaves and the rich sweet bamboo fragrance.
