This brick is created with tea leaf from vicinity of Ban Zhang area. It is produced by the Famous Kunming Tea Factory. The tea leaves used is of Imperial grade which is the top grade for ripe puerh.
7581 was a classical formula for ripe puerh in the 1980s. The tea grade used in the old times was grade 8 which is a grade lower then imperial. This time, they upgrade the tea raw leaves and recreate this classic ripe puerh.
It is very thick and mellow. The nuttiness of the imperial grade ripe puerh is rich and conquering the taste bud. Ending with a light dark chocolate bitterness and cocao note.
